Classic recruitment...?No longer enough

Nowadays, companies are entering into a real talent war. 46.800 jobs were created in Belgium in 2018. Between now and 2020, it’s estimated that a further 309,000 new jobs will be created. However, not all the vacancies have been filled. In 2018, there were 147,700 vacant positions; this is twice as many as there were in 2013. In the current climate, companies are in increasing need of talent but there are fewer available candidates. All sectors, from construction to consulting, are now affected by a lack of qualified applicants.
